The activity is managed by a team of professionals from different disciplines and experiences in the technical, social, psychological and human sciences.
We invest in research on a main topic every year and publish papers / articles, in addition to collecting, sorting and sharing third-party works, in order to make them simple to understand and usable within a business context.

Growth Mindset - research by Stanford University has shown that a "dynamic" mentality, open to experimental error, learning and feedback is the premise for greater and lasting, as well as sustainable, results. In Youvolution we are working on these premises by applying them to organizational change and employee engagement.
Organizational well-being, Organizational energy and “Change readiness” - many researches link the level of organizational energy with the readiness for change and with resilience. It is now generally known that we are in a market where the cycles of change have become so short as to suggest that changing and evolving are "normal" conditions of doing business; for this reason, in Youvolution we are combining these aspects with our experience in supporting complex changes, perfecting and making the approaches and methodologies that characterize us increasingly "responsive".
