WHAT'S THIS

An assessment is usually the first step of a training or development path, both personal and organizational. It consists in the use of coded systems and tools for reading reality and has the purpose of photographing the current situation: checking the aptitudes and skills of people in relation to the roles covered, detecting the available resources, checking the adequacy of the organizational structure the stated objectives, as well as highlighting the untapped potential.
